What I Do:
Psychotherapy or talk therapy is a collaborative process where we work to identify, explore, and change repetitive patterns that may keep you stuck or unfulfilled in work, relationships, or life in general. Therapy can help you develop new capacities, master traumas, resolve conflicts, gain clarity and perspective, and lead a more fulfilling life.

I have over 30 years of experience working with clients presenting with a variety of issues such as relationship concerns, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, career challenges, and future planning. I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each individual client

My specialty is working with clients in various stages of life transition. This could be a young adult heading out into the world and searching for a professional and personal identity, or a middle-aged adult caught in an unfulfilling relationship or career. It might also be a “third act” transition to a post-career life- who are you when your work identity no longer defines you?. And then there is the ultimate transition from life itself- a time with much grief and sadness but also an opportunity for self-reflection and making meaning of one’s life and important relationships. No matter where you are in your life, given these uncertain times, you may need support as you pursue a transition to a more resilient self.
